BioLife is offering a part-time Plasma Center role focused on donor screening and phlebotomy support. The position emphasizes flexibility, with shifts typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays.

Training is provided to ensure readiness and safety across all donor interactions. Daily duties include handling donor screening, vital signs, and maintaining accurate records in our information systems.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing or patient-facing role is helpful.

Aufgaben

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Maintain donor charts, records, and donor compensation documentation.
• Identify operational improvements and initiate changes using approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
