Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support specialist. You will greet donors, screen new and repeat donors, take vital signs, record results, and coordinate donor compensation, reporting to the Plasma Center Manager.

Most shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays, with paid, interactive training in our center. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; ability to stand for the shift; ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk/stand for the duration of the shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and focus on donor experience.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist center operations.
• Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
