Job summary

BioLife is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support. You will interact with donors daily, screen new and repeat donors, and maintain accurate records to ensure safety and quality in center operations.

You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays, reporting to the Plasma Center Manager. The role emphasizes reliability, customer service, and willingness to adapt to center needs and schedule changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Walk/stand for entire shift and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Lift up to 5 lbs, occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, prioritizing donor safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System and prepare donor charts.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and update procedures.
• Support donors across a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
