Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts; maintain records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes following approved procedures.
• Be available for a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
