Job summary

BioLife offers flexible part-time opportunities with 4–6 hour shifts across 3+ days per week, designed to fit your life. You will screen donors and assist with phlebotomy under the Plasma Center Manager, with paid training.

You will greet donors, record vital signs, and use the Donor Information System, while supporting center operations and continuous improvement. Evening, weekend, and holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays working.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Gloves worn during tasks due to exposure.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors with a focus on safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records in the Donor Information System.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes per approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
