Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a part-time Patient Experience representative to provide administrative support to the MSICU and coordinate services for patients and families. You will focus on continuous process improvement and deliver friendly customer service that supports hospital operations.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse constituencies; prior customer service or administrative experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally; demonstrate empathy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient and staff schedules; obtain authorizations for patient encounters.
• Record and forward messages; triage calls for urgent information or services.
• Process admissions/discharges; provide routine clerical support.
