Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a part-time Patient Experience representative for the General Medicine unit. You will provide administrative support and help coordinate services to patients and families to ensure a positive experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and teamwork, with responsibilities including scheduling, authorizations, triaging calls, admissions and other clerical tasks. Schedule: every other Saturday/Sunday 3-11pm.

Formación

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication; demonstrate empathy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to General Medicine unit.
• Coordinate services to patients and families to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule patients and manage encounters, obtain authorizations.
• Record and forward messages, triage calls, and assist with admissions/discharges.
