Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service supporting unit operations
• Collaborate with referring providers and practices
• Obtain authorizations to compile patient and staff schedules
• Schedule patients and support patient encounters
• Record and forward messages; triage calls for urgent information or services
• Process admissions and discharges
• Provide routine clerical support as needed
