Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a Part-time Patient Experience Representative to provide patient-facing and administrative support in the Surgical unit. The role focuses on delivering a positive patient experience through responsive customer service, admissions/discharge assistance, and patient flow coordination.

You will handle calls, registration tasks, and general administrative duties under close supervision while contributing to a smooth, patient-centered care environment.
