Job summary

Boston Children's Hospital seeks a Patient Experience Representative in the Cardiac ICU to provide administrative and patient-facing support, enhancing the patient and family experience through service, admissions/discharge assistance, patient flow, and basic duties.

You will respond to inquiries, greet visitors, process forms, coordinate with nursing and support teams, handle phone coverage, and support departmental and hospital workflows.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and the ability to use phone systems and office software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and demonstrate empathy in difficult situations.
• Ability to work with diverse patients, families, visitors, and coworkers.

Responsibilities
