Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors upon arrival and guide them to appropriate locations.
• Assist patients in wheelchair transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Follow clinic protocols to alert staff in emergencies.
• Address customer concerns with a helpful, objective approach and involve a manager when needed.
• Arrange transportation for patients (cabs, clinic vans).
• Assist in maintaining waiting areas and manage lost and found.
