Job summary

CircusTrix Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead to oversee on-site operations, guest experiences, and safety compliance. This hands-on, early leadership role rotates through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, providing real responsibility and growth opportunities.

You’ll step in as MOD when leaders are away, coaching teammates and driving park performance. Compensation ranges from $18–$19 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) matching

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and operational flow.
• Drive guest experience and sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Lead rotational leadership development across Programs, Café, Front Desk, and Events.
