Job summary

CircusTrix Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Team Lead to manage on-site operations across Sales, Parties, and F&B. You will rotate through key areas, stepping in as MOD when leaders are away, coaching staff, and ensuring a safe, high-energy guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, and comfort with POS systems and office tools. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Familiarity with retail/sports entertainment environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence and safety.
• Coach and support Team Members across departments to deliver service standards.
• Step into any operational area to maintain guest experiences and smooth shift flow.
• Communicate guest issues, operational challenges, or safety concerns to the Management Team.
