Job summary

CircusTrix, LLC is seeking a Sky Zone Team Lead for part-time onsite duties in Indianapolis. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping into MOD roles when needed to keep operations smooth and guests satisfied.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, with supervisory experience and a willingness to work evenings and weekends. Join a fast-paced environment focused on safety, service excellence, and team growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the park is most alive.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Oversee execution of birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings with scheduling, staffing, and upsell opportunities.
• Enforce safety policies, complete incident reports, and maintain cleanliness and operational readiness during shifts.
• Lead rotational leadership development across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities.
