Job summary

Sky Zone, LLC in Dublin, CA is seeking a Part-time Team Lead. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t on-site. You’ll coach staff, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure safety and smooth shift flow.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, with supervisory experience and comfort with POS systems. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, or recreation is a plus.
• Basic proficiency with technology and POS systems; willing to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present and ensure safety and service standards.
• Rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities.
• Coach and develop Team Members to improve guest interactions and conversions.
• Maintain cleanliness and smooth shift operations; communicate issues to leadership.
