Job summary

Sky Zone in San Francisco is seeking a Part-time Team Lead to direct on‑floor operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as needed to keep the park running smoothly.

This hands‑on role rewards fast learning, reliability, and strong teamwork, with opportunities to lead shifts, uphold safety standards, and grow into higher responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest‑facing roles, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty (MOD) when senior leaders are not on site and ensure safety, service, and smooth operations.
• Drive guest experience and sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports; ensure opening/closing procedures are followed.
• Oversee rotational leads in Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and park readiness throughout shifts.
