Job summary

Sky Zone, LLC in Roanoke, VA is seeking a Part-Time Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, guiding a small team on shifts.

You’ll act as Manager on Duty when leadership isn’t on-site, coach team members, ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth daily operations.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, weekend/evening availability, and growth into higher responsibilities within a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Background in retail, food & beverage, amusement, or recreation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present to ensure safety and operations.
• Lead guest interactions, coach team members, and drive service excellence.
• Oversee front desk, events, cafe, and facilities to maintain smooth shift flow.
• Drive membership and park revenue opportunities through proactive engagement.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain clean, safe park conditions.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and upsell opportunities for parties/events.
