Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a part-time Team Lead on-site in California to oversee daily operations, coach staff, and maintain high guest experiences. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when needed to keep the park running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in fast-paced operations, strong communication, and a hands-on, team-first mindset. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to capture peak times.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, in a fast-paced environment.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to motivate and coach.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when leaders are away, ensuring safety and operations.
• Lead from the floor, coach team, and ensure guest experiences meet Sky Zone standards.
• Drive guest engagement and membership, promoting park offerings and upsells.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports when needed.
• Oversee multiple areas (Sales, Parties, F&B, Facilities) to maintain flow.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership and effective shift handoffs to the next team.
