Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a Part-Time Onsite Support Technician to assist patients and hospital staff with bedside TVs, entertainment systems, digital signage, and video conferencing tools at Mount Sinai Morningside and BronxCare.

You will provide friendly customer service, troubleshoot basic issues, perform light maintenance, and document service records while traveling to assigned locations and handling light equipment installation tasks.

Qualifications

• Customer service and basic technical support experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple hospital locations and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must meet hospital onboarding requirements including immunizations and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and hospital staff.
• Help patients navigate bedside TVs and interactive technology.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with team for complex problems.
• Replace patient-room devices and perform light maintenance.
• Document service records accurately and maintain systems.
