Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a part-time Onsite Support Representative to assist with patient and staff support at hospital sites. The role includes front-line service for medical technology deployed across pCare solutions and requires comfort with documentation and patient interaction.

Responsibilities include on-site troubleshooting, system familiarization for users, and replacing small equipment while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work onsite daily at hospitals.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and climb a 6-foot ladder.
• Immunizations including COVID-19 and Flu required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to customers (patients and staff) to meet expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting services.
• Familiarize customers with interactive system and its features.
• Replace defective equipment (TVs, pillow speakers, phones) as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
