Uniguest in Manhasset, NY, is seeking a Part-Time Patient TV Support Representative to join the pCare Services team. This role provides onsite assistance to hospital patients and staff, helping them use bedside TVs and related technology, troubleshooting basic issues, and documenting activities.

Work is Friday to Sunday, 12 PM to 6 PM at North Shore University Hospital. Candidates should have a high school diploma, be comfortable working onsite in a hospital, and be able to lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Replace small defective equipment as needed (tv, pillow speakers, phones).
