Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a part-time Onsite Support Technician for its pCare Services team to support hospital technologies and patient-facing devices. You will provide front-line service to patients and staff and ensure our solutions meet or exceed expectations.

The role requires clear communication, independence, ability to lift 50 lbs, travel to hospitals, and basic technical repair. You may install a 32-inch TV on a mount and document service activities in our records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel to and work onsite at hospitals.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and climb a 6-foot ladder.
• Prior practice with using hand tools
• Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings; this includes COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that pCare's technical requirements are followed and customer satisfaction is achieved for all aspects of the service
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting services
• Familiarize customers with the use of our interactive system and its features
• Replace defective equipment as needed (tv, pillow speakers, phones)
• Process computer documentation as needed
