You will troubleshoot basic tech issues, replace patient-room devices, and perform light maintenance to ensure a smooth experience during hospital stays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience in healthcare or hospitality.
• Strong verbal and written communication with patients and staff.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and hospital staff with bedside TVs and patient technology.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with team for complex problems.
• Replace equipment such as TVs, pillow speakers, phones, and other patient-room devices.
• Perform light maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
• Document service records accurately and maintain logs.
