Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a Part-Time Patient TV Support Representative to provide onsite help to patients and hospital staff, assisting with bedside TVs and related technology to keep them informed and connected during their stay.

You will troubleshoot simple issues, document activities, and work across shifts at Staten Island locations, with days including Friday and Monday/Saturday. Candidates must be able to lift equipment and travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at hospitals daily and travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to patients and hospital staff to ensure services meet expectations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting services.
• Familiarize customers with the interactive system and its features.
• Replace small defective equipment as needed (TVs, pillow speakers, phones).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
