Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a Part-Time Onsite Support Technician to join the pCare Services team at NewYork-Presbyterian facilities in New York, NY. You will provide friendly, hands-on support for bedside TVs, interactive technology, and patient-room devices, delivering a seamless patient experience.

You will troubleshoot basic issues, assist hospital staff, replace equipment, and perform light maintenance while documenting service records.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to travel to assigned hospital locations.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a 6-foot ladder.
Must meet hospital onboarding requirements, including required immunizations, health screenings, and COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and hospital staff.
Help patients navigate and use bedside TVs and interactive technology.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and work with teammates to resolve more complex problems.
Replace equipment such as TVs, pillow speakers, phones, and other patient-room devices.
Perform light maintenance to keep systems operating smoothly.
Complete basic computer documentation and service records accurately.
Help ensure every patient has a positive technology experience during their hospital stay.
All other duties as assigned.
