Job summary

Uniguest is seeking a Part-Time Onsite Patient Technology Support Specialist to assist patients and hospital staff with bedside TVs, interactive technology, and related devices at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center and Lower Manhattan Hospital. The role blends customer service with light technical support in a healthcare setting.

You will troubleshoot basic issues, replace equipment as needed, and document service activity while traveling between locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel to assigned hospital locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a 6-foot ladder.
• Must meet hospital onboarding requirements, including required immunizations, health screenings, and COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and hospital staff.
• Help patients navigate and use bedside TVs and interactive technology.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and work with teammates to resolve more complex problems.
• Replace equipment such as TVs, pillow speakers, phones, and other patient-room devices.
• Perform light maintenance to keep systems operating smoothly.
• Complete basic computer documentation and service records accurately.
• Help ensure every patient has a positive technology experience during their hospital stay.
