IWG is seeking a Part Time Community Associate to support a busy center in Austin. This on-site role involves assisting customers, resolving basic service requests, and helping manage events and networking activities within the center.

You will work about 20 hours per week, primarily during daytime shifts, with a friendly team and a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences. The position offers opportunities to grow within a large global workspace network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Able to use MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, directions, and basic requests.
• Set up equipment, Wi‑Fi codes, and help with presentation needs.
• Process invoices and ensure accurate billing for services.
• Coordinate with center team to support events and networking activities.
• Maintain center cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming space.
