The position is on-site, part-time (FTE 0.4) with bi-weekly 32-hour shifts, including days 08:30-16:30 and 12:30-20:30 as listed. Prior office and healthcare exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Scheduling system experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families with a prompt, caring response.
• Perform front desk duties including visit preparation and co-pay collection.
• Schedule patient visits or diagnostic testing.
• Manage third-party payors and co-pay collections.
• Handle routine clerical tasks and maintain front desk inventory.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean department appearance.
• Provide cross-coverage of clerical tasks as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and relay messages promptly.
• Other duties as required.
