You will perform outpatient and inpatient registration, insurance verification, collect payments, and provide information to patients, families and physician offices.

Night shift schedule 2300–0700, every other weekend and some holidays, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, empathy and compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum one (1) year customer service experience.
• PAR II role cross-trained in Pre-Service, Emergency Department or Bed Desk with related knowledge is preferred.

• Collect patient financial liability payments and ensure compliance with financial requirements.
