Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network in Quakertown is seeking a Part Time Patient Access Representative for night shifts (16 hours/week).

The role handles patient registration, insurance verification and real-time cash collections across outpatient and Emergency Department locations, with occasional travel between campuses. You will greet patients, promote MyChart, oversee Welcome Kiosk and On My Way, and ensure accurate EMR data while coordinating with clinical and revenue cycle teams.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Certificate/Degree in health care related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate patients in hospital information system to ensure EMR integrity.
• Cross-train in all areas of location/region for outpatient and Emergency Department.
• Greet and assist patients and visitors; monitor visitor policy as applicable.
• Assist with MyChart adoption and patient self-service capabilities.
• Coordinate with SLPG practices and revenue cycle departments to ensure service access and payment.
