Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a part-time evening registrar in Center Valley. You will correctly identify and register patients, verify insurance, and support real-time EMR accuracy across locations.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling demographics and diagnostic orders, and assisting with MyChart navigation and patient portal use. Prior healthcare admin experience and Epic familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• General computer experience and typing fluency necessary.
• Healthcare background and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Familiarity with health information systems (Epic) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate patients in hospital information system to maintain EMR accuracy.
• Greet and assist patients and visitors with friendly service throughout the facility.
• Coordinate pre-registration and post-registration needs, including insurance verification.
• Assist with referrals, pre-authorizations and data entry across locations as needed.
