Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Part-time Nurse Aide for 0.6 FTE night shifts at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL. You will assist the RN with daily patient care, monitor vitals, and support admissions, transfers, and discharge activities.

Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 45 days.
• Nurse Aide in good standing with the State Registry.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care including bathing, feeding, mobility.
• Measure and document vital signs and intake/output in EMR.
• Perform purposeful rounds and communicate patient needs to RN.
• Support admissions, transfers and discharges under RN supervision.
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing as directed.
