Advocate Health Care is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Aide for night shifts at Condell Medical Center in Illinois. Qualifications

Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (AHA) within 45 days.
Nurse Aide in good standing per State Registry.

Responsibilities

Assist RN with daily patient care (bathing, hygiene, feeding, mobility).
Measure and document vitals and intake/output in EMR.
Perform rounding and communicate needs to RN.
Support admission, transfer and discharge processes.
Collect urine, stool, and sputum samples and label specimens.
Run errands and stock nursing area; clean equipment and work areas.
Assist with patient positioning and transfers; support nutritional needs.
Maintain skin integrity and provide equipment as needed.
Follow infection prevention policies and wear protective attire when required.
Provide age-appropriate patient care and communicate growth and development needs.
