Job summary

Advocate Health Care seeks a Part-Time Nursing Assistant to support care at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL. Night shift 6:30 PM–7:00 AM, every other weekend and holidays, with 0.6 FTE. GED/HSED or high school diploma and BLS required within 45 days.

Certifications include Nurse Aide in good standing and basic computer skills. Pay range is $20.80–$31.20 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.

• Annual educational requirements for hospital-based certifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care (bathing, feeding, ambulation).
• Record vital signs and inputs/outputs in EMR.
• Notify RN of observations and patient/family needs.
• Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes under RN supervision.
• Ensure patient calls are answered promptly and calls lights are within reach.
• Transport supplies and assist with patient positioning and tubing as needed.
