Job summary

Advocate Health Care is seeking a Part-time nursing assistant for the Condell Medical Center - Med Surg unit in Libertyville, IL. The role includes 0.6 FTE on night shifts (two 12-hour shifts weekly) with rotating holidays, requiring availability Sunday-Thursday nights.

Pay range is $20.80 to $31.20 per hour, with benefits eligibility. Must have GED/HSED or HS diploma and BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) within 45 days, plus state RN Aide registration in good standing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care and transfers.
• Measure and document vital signs and intake/output.
• Document accurately in the EMR.
• Perform purposeful rounding and communicate observations to the RN.
• Assist in admission, transfer and discharge processes under RN supervision.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of nursing area.
