Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands is hiring a Part-Time Member Services Representative (Day Shift) to welcome members and guests, assist with check-in, and promote services. You’ll handle front desk duties, answer calls, schedule memberships, and maintain a clean, organized lobby.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in service, fluent English, strong communication, and CPR/AED certification (obtainable within 30 days). The role offers a competitive hourly rate and Crunch Fitness benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification required (may be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and create a welcoming environment.
• Manage front desk operations and member check-ins per procedure.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally; communicate events and promotions.
• Assist with membership sales and enrollments; support guest conversions.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support overall facility cleanliness.
