Job summary

Crunch Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative to warmly greet members, manage front desk operations, and support membership sales. You’ll assist with check-ins, answer phones, and promote programs like tanning and group fitness to meet service goals.

You are energetic, detail‑oriented, and able to keep a tidy, grand-opening ready club. CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days, and a high school diploma or GED is expected for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and engage per Crunch SLA.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, childcare.
• Enroll new members and achieve guest conversion, Peaks %, ACH % and Kickoff standards.
• Check in members and guests per procedures; answer phones professionally.
• Communicate events and special happenings to members and guests.
• Facilitate member requests or escalate to a manager as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.
