Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands operates Crunch Fitness locations and empowers people to feel good in their bodies. As a Part-Time Member Services Representative on day shift, you will greet members, handle front desk operations, support sales, maintain a clean facility, and collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification required (may be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Communicate events and promotions to members and guests.
• Check in members and guests following procedures; resolve alerts as needed.
• Assist with membership sales and promote additional services.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area; participate in facility cleanliness.
