Job summary

All In Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative to support branch operations and member needs. The role involves processing loans, opening/closing accounts, and ensuring compliance with internal standards.

You will assist with loan applications, document verification, and notary duties where required. The position requires up to 3 years in financial services, strong communication skills, and willingness to pursue NMLS registration and Notary Public certification if

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 3 years of related experience in a financial or banking environment.
• Excellent communication skills with members and coworkers.
• Willing to register for NMLS and Notary Public certification if required.
• Must complete annual BSA training and stay aware of applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with loan and credit card applications with complete and accurate documentation.
• Process and disburse loan proceeds and schedule closings with members.
• Complete month-end reporting and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Open and close accounts, including investments and IRA accounts, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Perform SSN verifications and prevent fraudulent accounts or balances.
• Serve as a liaison between members and departments for clear communication.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wires, and other transactions.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for Credit Union products and services.
