All In Credit Union is seeking a remote Member Service Representative to support branch operations by processing loans, opening accounts, and ensuring compliance with banking standards. This position emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and teamwork.

You will assist members with loan applications, process loan proceeds, conduct compliance checks, and help maintain up-to-date records for accounts and investments while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Up to 3 years of related experience in a financial or banking environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills with members and colleagues.
• Knowledge of BSA/OFAC compliance.
• Willing to register in NMLS; Notary Public certification may be required.
• Annual BSA training and regulatory knowledge required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist members with loan and credit card applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Process and disburse loan proceeds, scheduling loan closings with members.
• Complete month-end reporting and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Help members open and close accounts, including investments and IRA accounts, while maintaining up-to-date records.
• Conduct checks, such as SSN verification, to prevent fraudulent accounts or outstanding balances.
• Serve as a liaison between members and various departments, ensuring clear communication.
• Process and authenticate financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wires, and more.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for Credit Union products and services to enhance member engagement.
• Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, equipment maintenance, and answering phones.
• Register in NMLS as required.
• Provide notary services (if applicable) in compliance with state regulations.
