You will be processing loan applications, scheduling closings, handling deposits and withdrawals, and serving as a liaison

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Up to 3 years of related experience in financial or banking environment.
• Knowledge of BSA/OFAC compliance, with ability to assist members with inquiries.
• Willingness to register and participate in NMLS; Notary Public certification may be required.
• Must complete annual BSA training and stay current with applicable laws and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Assist members with loan and credit card applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Process and disburse loan proceeds, schedule loan closings with members.
• Complete month-end reporting and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Open and close accounts, including investments and IRA accounts, with up-to-date records.
• Perform basic checks such as SSN verification to prevent fraudulent accounts.
• Serve as a liaison between members and departments for clear communication.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loans, and wires.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for Credit Union products and services.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
• Register and participate in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required.
• Provide notary services (if applicable) in compliance with state regulations.
