All In Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Representative in Enterprise, AL. The role supports branch operations, processes loans, manages accounts, and ensures compliance with CU standards. The position is scheduled for 28 hours per week with hours spread across weekdays.

The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of financial experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and knowledge of BSA/OFAC compliance. Notary/NMLS readiness may be required.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of related experience in financial services or banking.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills with members and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Assist members with loan and credit card applications with complete documentation.
• Process and disburse loan proceeds and schedule closings with members.
• Perform month-end reporting and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Help members open/close accounts, including investments and IRA accounts, with up-to-date records.
• Conduct SSN verifications and other checks to prevent fraudulent activity.
• Serve as liaison between members and departments to ensure clear communication.
• Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, wires, loan payments).
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for CU products and services.
