Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist members with loan and credit card applications, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• Process and disburse loan proceeds, schedule closings with members.
• Complete month-end reporting and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Open and close accounts, including investments and IRA accounts, with up-to-date records.
• Verify SSN and prevent fraudulent accounts or balances.
• Serve as a liaison between members and departments for clear communication.
• Process and authenticate transactions: deposits, withdrawals, payments, wires, etc.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for Credit Union products and services.
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry and phones.
• Register with NMLS as required and provide notary services if applicable.
• Support Membership Officer duties to promote member satisfaction.
