Job summary

The Credit Union seeks a part-time associate to provide superior member service, align with core values, assist with inquiries, transactions and problems, and cross-sell products and services.

You will handle routine transactions, deposits, loans, transfers, money orders, shared branching, stop payments, wires, statements, and daily balancing, while maintaining a courteous environment.

Qualifications

• Provide superior member service in a friendly, respectful, courteous, and professional manner.
• Assist members with inquiries, requests, transactions and problems.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services to expand member relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers and check cashing.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, and gift cards; perform Shared Branching transactions.
• Handle stop payments, wire transfers and other items; provide statements and check copies; balance and prepare daily balance sheet.
