Job summary

All In Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Member Service Representative for a remote role in the United States. You will handle loans, accounts, and member services while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

This position emphasizes integrity, multi-tasking, and strong communication with members and colleagues. Responsibilities include processing loans, opening/closing accounts, month-end reporting, and regulatory checks.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of related experience in a financial or banking environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of BSA/OFAC compliance is a plus or helpful.
• Willingness to register and participate in NMLS; notary certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with loan and credit card applications, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• Process and disburse loan proceeds with proper documentation and scheduling loan closings.
• Complete month-end reporting and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Help members open and close accounts, including investments and IRA accounts, and maintain records.
• Conduct SSN verification and other checks to prevent fraudulent accounts.
• Serve as a liaison between members and departments, ensuring clear communication.
• Process and authenticate financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and wires.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for Credit Union products and services.
