Job summary

All In Credit Union is seeking a detail‑oriented Member Service Representative to support branch operations by handling loans, accounts, and notary services where applicable. You will ensure accurate documentation, maintain member records, and help protect financial integrity.

The role requires compliance with BSA/OFAC and participation in NMLS as needed, with a strong focus on customer service and clear cross‑department communication to drive member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a financial or banking environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to participate in NMLS and Notary Public certification if required.
• Must complete annual BSA training and stay informed on relevant laws/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with loan and credit card applications with complete/accurate documentation.
• Process and disburse loan proceeds and schedule closings with members.
• Complete month-end reporting and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Help members open/close accounts, including investments and IRA accounts.
• Conduct SSN checks to prevent fraudulent accounts or outstanding balances.
• Serve as liaison between members and departments for clear communication.
• Process financial transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wires, etc.
