Job summary

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of related experience in a financial or banking environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with BSA/OFAC compliance and notary certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with loan and credit card applications, ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Process and disburse loan proceeds and schedule loan closings with members.
• Complete month-end reporting and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Help members open and close accounts, including investments and IRA accounts, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Verify information and conduct checks to prevent fraudulent accounts.
