Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to engage members and guests.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and use cleaning products safely.
• Basic cash handling and POS experience.
• Team-oriented with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Member Service by creating a welcoming environment and greeting members.
• Monitor gym access and ensure active accounts, addressing member alerts.
• Handle member accounts and respond to questions in person or over the phone.
• Answer and direct calls to appropriate teams.
• Assist with membership retention and personal training inquiries.
• Perform opening and closing duties and ensure readiness for members.
• Process payments and manage cash drawer, including retail and guest passes.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Support daily cleaning tasks and inventory of supplies.
• Report safety or equipment concerns to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of all gym areas and sanitize equipment.
• Handle emergencies and respond quickly to spills or hazards.
