Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in reading, speaking and writing English.
• Flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service with positive member and guest interaction.
• Basic cash handling and balancing a cash drawer.
• Basic computer skills for processing check-ins and accounts.
• Team-oriented with a proactive service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service by creating a welcoming environment.
• Monitor gym access and ensure active member accounts.
• Handle member accounts, updates and issues in person or by phone.
• Answer and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Assist with membership retention and promotions.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Process payments and manage cash drawer; balance at shift end.
• Enforce gym policies and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Report safety, facility or equipment concerns to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of all gym areas and sanitize equipment.
