Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling deposits, withdrawals, and teller transactions is a plus.
• Ability to educate members on digital tools and services.

Responsibilities

• Processes teller transactions and balances instruments daily.
• Opens and maintains deposit accounts and processes loan applications.
• Resolves member issues and follows up to support satisfaction.
• Cross-sells products and maintains knowledge of services.
